Plymouth May 29th to 31st

I have Seeker booked for May 29th to 31st. (Saturday to Monday as it is a Bank Holiday)

The trip will be in the 60-70 metre range.

The cost will be £475 per day for up to 20 miles and £50 extra for each additional 10 miles, divided by the total number of divers on board..

If anyone is interested then please send me a PM, don't add names yourself.

If you put your name forward and then pull out then you will be liable for the full cost of your place.

1) Steve Jones
2) Dan Cocks
3) Steve Chaplin
4) Simon Kay (the one who likes to travel the length of the country on a bank holiday)
5) Tim Wallis
6) Charles Whitworth
7) Steve Mortimer
8) Barbara Mortimer
9) Megan Clarke
10) Craig Holdstock
11) Bill Reid
12) Steve Talbot (Sat & Sun), Dave Mager (Mon)

Hi,

I'm assuming that is £475/(number of divers) rather than £475 each?

Cheers,
Dan

That's right Dan, I know Wrighty is expensive, but not that expensive.

The extra 'distance cost' is reasonable and looks to be pretty much just fuel costs. Good luck!

Quite right, that's exactly what it is. And it is our usual agreement with Wrighty.

I have corrected the original post, it seems that I put up Friday to Monday for a 3 day trip. It should have read Saturday to Monday (thanks Tim)

Mr Salsette
Are you still interested in splitting the w/e ?
I might like to do the Saturday (could also be persuaded to do the Sunday at a push...)
Cheers
Steve

Ah. I was thinking Saturday or Sunday, unlikely both. Lets see what the other Steve says when he's back from his 'holiday'

Could ask round some of my mates. No promises. Keith would probably come along, but hasn't had the all clear yet so wouldn't commit yet.

I would prefer to try and fill Sat and Sun, as I could probably get Wrighty to agree to Monday being and individuals day, rather than a full charter. (I need to check with him first)

However the way that this trip is filling up (not) then I may have to cancel the whole thing and pass it back to Wrighty to fill with a Scubie trip. This would of course mean that we lose this weekend completely.

So come on get your names down.

Well, you could see if you get a better response if you make it a bit shallower, say 50 - 60m, at least for the Sat and Sun as it is fairly early in the season and its likely to be still cold, then maybe if Wrighty agrees, you could make the Monday the undived deeper one as an individual trip, depends on how far it is I guess, or if people are willing to pay a premium. I know I'm a big softy but I think this year is going to take a long time to warm up, if it ever does!!

I am quite happy to cap it at 70 metres max if that would help to fill the spaces.

Will that entice you along Megan?
