Sailing ship types

We've got a lot of info on steamships on this site, so i thought i'd add a little bit about sailing ships. There are many types, from Full rigged ship to barque to sloop to dandy - but which is which?

Having a read through of one of my books, i came across this info, which sums it up a lot better than i could do!

The size and tonnage of a vessel is directly related to the quantity and size of anchors on a wreck. This may help to give a rough idea of the tonnage of a vessel for research purposes........

The dimensions of the anchor chain is also relevant and can give a diver/researcher an approximate size to the vessel...

Types of anchor (Note these also apply to steamships as well) I think the pictures have been shown on another thread before, but couldn't find them.....
